Cancellations and Substitutions

If for any reason you are unable to attend cancellations must be made via telephone and confirmed in writing (letter or fax) no later than 10 days before the event. Candidates will receive a refund of the full amount less a £50 administration charge. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after this date. Substitutions can be made at no extra cost.

EMA Solutions have the right to cancel any training prior to the event. Notification will be given to delegates at least 48 hours in advance should this situation arise.
