Dawn De Coteau - BA, LLB, LLM, Pg Dip
PROFILE:
Dawn is the founder of EMA Solutions Management Consultants, a consultancy specialising in corporate and strategic management, business interventions, social exclusion, and equality and diversity. Her breathe of expertise and knowledge stems from holding various senior and chief officer positions within several large public sector organisations, coupled with over 13 years Directorship at EMA Solutions.
In addition Dawn has over 18 years experience of management in the public, private and third sector organisations. This entailed undertaking strategy, policy, project development and implementation in a range of disciplines including corporate management, housing management, business development, community development and regeneration.
Dawn has worked with organisations across all sectors assisting them to embrace various challenges, applying and implementing business strategies and interventions to ensure companies viability and sustainability. To date Dawn has project managed numerous consultancy projects and has been instrumental in co-ordinating, drafting and managing facilitation of a raft of training programmes to over 100 organisations, to in excess of 2,500 participants. An accomplishment of which she is extremely proud.
Dawn’s vision for EMA is to expand the company internationally, focussing on continuing to deliver high quality consultancy and training services to organisations, business and companies throughout the Caribbean region. It is her ambition to utilise her strategic and legal skills to assist governments and businesses to implement effective strategies and policies to maximise longevity and apply best practice models.
Dawn recognises that EMA Solutions success also derives from the valuable input of the team members at the company, who play a vital role in driving the business objectives, and ensuring that all our commission are delivered in line with our clients expectations.
Dawn’s qualification includes: BA Hons Sociology, LLB Law, LLM International & Maritime Law, and Dip Housing Management. In addition she will commence writing her Phd Law in January 2012.
