Yvonne Alexander (BSc. Hons)

Profile:

Yvonne has over 30 years experience working in the private and public sectors both in the UK and Caribbean, where she has worked on both strategic and operational projects. She is committed to resident and service user engagement and has been responsible for implementing a variety of training programmes aimed at empowering residents and service users, to increase their opportunities for involvement in the delivery of public sector services.

Over the years Bayonne has been employed by a number of local authorities and housing associations , including London of Lewisham and Horizon Housing Association, where she held positions in resident involvement, community development and community safety.

Specifically Yvonne has developed effective engagement and consultation strategies, developed and facilitated training programmes, co-ordinated conferences, devised Resident compacts, and established numerous tenants and residents associations and community groups.

Yvonne has held the position of Chair of Ekaya Housing Association and had the responsibility for delivering housing and support services to teenage mothers. In this capacity Yvonne oversaw the development and implementation of a range of strategic plans and policies that have improved the service delivery of the organisation to residents.

Natalie Mitchell (BA) – Admin & Finance

Profile:

Natalie is responsible for overseeing all administration and finance at EMA Solutions. She has over 15 years of working within large public sector organisations, where she has worked in senior administration position

Her qualifications includes BA Business Adminstration.
