Background

Our Train the Trainer is designed not just to give participants the skills and knowledge required to become effective trainers, but also builds capacity to enable participants to evaluate training programmes within their work environment or profession.

The course focuses on devising training packages to suit and meet the audience needs and requirements, which includes looking at group sizes, background of participants, incorporating various learning styles and techniques.

The programme will also address individual facilitation with particular emphasis on the role of a facilitator, body language and voice projection.

Participants will be required to devise a presentation based on a topic of interest and present to the group on Day 2.
