Background

Significant changes introduced over the last few years have transformed Equalities Legislation. Changes to Race Relations, Disability Discrimination and Directives on Religion or Belief, Sexual Orientation and Age legislation requires organisations across all sectors to be aware and embrace of equalities legislation into day to day practice, as a service provider and employer.
