01 / CARIBBEAN

Grenada & the Caribbean

EMA Solutions is headquartered in Grenada and takes a regional Caribbean approach to private client, dispute, commercial and governance work. Collectively, our lawyers cover more than 15 Caribbean jurisdictions; the lawyer and practice providing services in each jurisdiction will be identified for the particular engagement. Dr De Coteau is personally admitted in Grenada, St Vincent and the Grenadines and St Christopher and Nevis. Her admission in those jurisdictions does not create authority to practise throughout the Caribbean.

Our regional approach brings together legal experience and local insight to support clients with personal, commercial and cross-border matters throughout the Caribbean. We work collaboratively to deliver practical advice that reflects the circumstances and objectives of each client.

England & Wales

EMA Solutions provides unreserved legal services and consultancy in England and Wales.

Dr Dawn De Coteau was called to the Bar of England and Wales and practises in England and Wales through her CILEX qualifications and professional authorisations as a Chartered Legal Executive, CILEX Probate Practitioner and CILEX Civil Litigation Practitioner.

International matters

Where a matter is cross-jurisdictional, we assist clients in identifying the legal and practical issues in each relevant jurisdiction. We may coordinate with independent legal advisers, specialist experts or appropriately authorised firms where necessary and agreed.

Our international approach is practical and collaborative. We help clients navigate matters that cross borders, bring together relevant expertise and maintain clear communication throughout the process.
