At EMA Solutions, we believe that experienced lawyers should have room to develop their own practice while collaborating with colleagues who share their commitment to excellent client service. Our consultancy model is intended to combine professional autonomy with opportunities to work together on specialist, regional and cross-border matters.
We are interested in hearing from lawyers with relevant professional authorisations and experience in one or more of our specialist practice areas, whether they are based in the Caribbean, England and Wales or another jurisdiction relevant to our clients.

We welcome expressions of interest from established lawyers with experience in private client and estates, contentious probate and trusts, civil and commercial disputes, commercial and corporate advisory, governance, professional negligence, maritime matters, mediation and arbitration, or another area aligned with our core services.
We value clear communication, sound professional judgement, responsiveness to clients and a willingness to collaborate where specialist or jurisdiction-specific expertise is needed.
Consultancy arrangements are subject to individual discussion, applicable professional and regulatory requirements, appropriate insurance and conflicts checks, and a written agreement. This invitation is not an offer of employment or a guarantee of instructions or earnings.
